Shohruh Shadmanov, aka Shohruh rapper, began a political career. He was elected as a deputy to the Chilonzor distrcit deputies’ council.
The rapper ran for the district council from Labikhovuz area in Chilanzar district from UzLiDep party. He announced his election on his Instagram channel.
“Dear compatriots! Thank you all for your support, I have been elected as the Deputy of the Chilanzar district council,” Shohrukh Shodmonov addressed to his subscribers.
"Do not expect me to make pompous statements, in my opinion, each deputy should work as much as possible on all the problems of his constituency. And the public will give an assessment. I am grateful to all of you! Thank you for your trust!" - the rapper wrote on his page.
