On November 16 was held a telephone conversation between President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sooronbay Jeenbekov, the Uzbek presidency press service said.
Shavkat Mirziyoyev sincerely congratulated Sooronbai Jeenbekov on his birthday, wishing him good health, prosperity and successes.
He underscored the personal contribution of the President of Kyrgyzstan to the strengthening of bilateral ties of friendship, good neighborliness and strategic partnership.
The two leaders discussed the ways to further enhance the Uzbek-Kyrgyz cooperation, exchanged views on the international and regional issues and reviewed the schedule of upcoming summit meetings.
