The Senate at the 23rd plenary meeting on Saturday approved the despiction and specimen of special clothing for Uzbekistan judges, the Senate said.
The item to develop judges’ dresses is contained in the 2019 State Program, with 500 million soums to be contributed from the state budget for its implementation.
The dresses were developed by the High Judicial Council in conjunction with the Constitutional and Supreme Courts, and the national traditions and successful experience of foreign countries: the USA, Germany, France, Great Britain, Russia, Kazakhstan and others were taken into account.
Dark cherry color was chosen for judges of the Constitutional Court, dark blue for other judges. The kit includes a 70% wool mantle and shirt front, as well as a silk plastron tie. The fabric and composition of the kit may vary depending on the season (winter-summer).
