Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassadors of Afghanistan, India, Britain, Japan and France, the presidential press service said.
In particular, during the brief meeting with the new Japanese Ambassador, Shavkat Mirziyoyev noted the upward trend in ties with Japanese companies and banks in various fields, including energy, geological exploration, the automotive industry, transport, telecommunications, infrastructure development, science, education and tourism.
He also expressed confidence that his visit to Japan this December will allow to elevate the ties to a new level.
