"Uzbekistan is planning to hold a major aviation forum next year, with leading global c airlines, airport operators to be invited. I think it will take place in February or March. This will help enhance Uzbekistan’s accessibility for foreign tourists and as well as to open the world for Uzbeks. It will also be a professional meeting and networking event,” the Deputy Prime Minister Aziz Abdukhakimov said at a press conference in Tashkent.
According to him, thanks to the forum, the Uzbek authorities will be able to discuss possible cooperation with the foreign companies.
Earlier Uzbekistan Airways decide to switch over to hybrid operations.
