The branch of the South Korean Kyung-in Women’s University will open in Tashkent as of 2019-2020 academic year, Uztekstilsanoat (Uz Textile Industry) said.

The opening of the University is provided for by a memorandum signed on April 20 between the University and the Uzbek Ministry of Higher and Secondary Specialized Education and Uztekstilprom association.

The University will offer programs in Textiles, Design, Fashion, Aviation and Tourism, the Beauty Industry, Healthcare and Korean studies.
