President of Uzbekistan will address a message to the joint session of the parliament on December 28 of this year, a source in the government told The Tashkent Times.
Last year on December 22, Shavkat Mirziyoyev for the first time addressed a message to the joint session of the Oliy Majlis.
Last year’s message included an economic report of the nation, budget message, and also allowed the President to propose a legislative agenda and set out national priorities.
