Uzbekistan delegation led by the President’s Special Representative for Afghanistan Ismatulla Irgashev attended the 7th international conference Crisis of Afghanistan: Causes and Solutions in Herat on October 26-27, 2018. The so-called Herat Security Dilaogue is organized by Afghan institute of Strategic Studies.
Scholars, practitioners, and analysts from over 25 countries, as well as experts of international organizations discussed the current situation in Afghanistan, the regional efforts aimed at ensuring long-term peace, and cooperation in the framework of the country's socio-economic revival.
