A group of MEPs led by the Chair of the Delegation for Relations with the Countries of Central Asia and Mongolia (DCAS) Iveta Grigule-Pēterse will arrive in Uzbekistan on Monday.
The delegation will attend the 14th meeting of the Uzbekistan - EU Parliamentary Cooperation Committee in Tashkent, hold meetings and negotiations in the ministries of Foreign Affairs, Economy, Employment and Labor Relations, Higher and Secondary Specialized Education, the Committees on Environmental Protection, on Religious Affairs, at which it is planned to discuss the ways to further advance bilateral cooperation.
