The branch of the National University of Science and Technology MISiS (formerly Moscow Institute of Steel and Alloys State Technological University) opened in Olmaliq city of Tashkent province.
The 150 students were admitted for undergraduate studies in the 2018/2019 academic year for the Mining, Metallurgy, Automation and management of technological processes and productions departments.
Graduates will be awarded diplomas of the NITU MISiS, which will be recognized both in Uzbekistan and the Russian Federation.
