President of the Islamic Development Bank Bandar Al Hajjar, accompanied by the delegations of the IDB Group and the Coordination Group of the Arab Development Institutions today arrived in Uzbekistan, the Committee for Investments said in a statement.
The conference entitled IDB Group Day and a round table with participation of the Arab Coordination Group, organized by the Investments Committee, will be held as part of the visit on September 18-19. The Uzbek Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Investments Committee Sukhrob Kholmuradov will be representing Uzbekistan at these events.
Last May, the Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with the IDB President during his visit to Saudi Arabia.
