Tashkent hosted negotiations between the aviation authorities of Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan Friday attended by the officials of the Uzbekistan Airways and the Kyrgyz Air Manas and the Avia Traffic Company.
According to Uzbekistan Airways, the parties agreed to increase the frequency of flights between Tashkent and Bishkek up to four flights a week, and to launch Osh to Tashkent flight once a week by a Kyrgyz carrier.
In addition, an agreement was reached, subject to good demand, to start charter flights from Tashkent to Tamchy (Issyk-Kul, Bishkek to Samarkand and Osh to Samarkand.
