President Shavkat Mirziyoyev yesterday signed the Measures to Further Improve the System of Fighting the Spread of Diseases Caused by HIV in Uzbekistan Decree approving the relevant State Program for 2018.
The commentary to the decree says that the material and resource base of the AIDS centers and the inter-district HIV diagnostics laboratories require renovation.
The AIDS Service does not have a single database that would allow real-time analysis of the state of affairs and to take timely and effective decisions.
