Uzbekistan delegation led by the Minister for emergency situations Rustam Juraev visited the National Center for emergency situations management (NCESM).
Uzbek officials familiarized themselves with shift duty operator room, where information about emergencies and fires is received from all regions of Russia.
They were presented about the capabilities of information systems, with cosmic monitoring drawing particular interest. Uzbek officials were shown 3D modeling for assessment of situation development scenarios.
Rustam Juraev noted the high level of work organization of response units of the Russia Ministry of Emergency Situations and the significant scope of work performed by Russian specialists to ensure security, and also expressed interest in enhancing further cooperation.
