Five schoolchildren in Namangan, having rented a GM Gentra model on October 2, drove into the oncoming lane at high speed and collided with a truck, three of them died. This is the fourth accident in Namangan this year involving schoolchildren who rented a car.
As a result of the accident, students of the 1st professional school of Namangan Ayubkhon Akramov, Musokhon Olimov and a 9th grade student of the 10th school Isokhon Karimov died.
Akramzhon Nuriddinov, who was driving, was transferred from intensive care to a regular ward. Another participant in the accident, Abdulaziz Khakimzhonov, remains in the intensive care unit.
The investigation department of the Namangan city police department Affairs opened a criminal case on the fact of the accident, with an investigation underway into the letting a vehicle to a person without a license.
