Today, on February 28, a Lithuanian business mission headed by Deputy Minister of Economy and Innovation Vincas Jurgutis arrived in Uzbekistan.
According to the Uzbek Embassy in Riga, the mission includes the CEOs and owners of 23 major Lithuanian companies specializing in the cleaning equipment, furniture and furniture products, food products, spare parts for cars, building materials, as well as the provision of services to commercial vehicles. and logistics.
The delegation is accompanied by the newly accredited Lithuanian Ambassador to Uzbekistan Gintautas Vasiulis. Today, the Uzbek-Lithuanian business forum is being held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
On February 28 - March 1, Lithuanian companies will also attend the 24th Uzbekistan International Construction Exhibition - UzBuild 2023.
A number of agreements are expected to be inked at the business mission aimed at further developing trade, economic and technological cooperation between Uzbekistan and Lithuania, as well as interaction in the field of tourism.
