Corpses of four more dead were found while clearing the rubble after an explosion in a four-story building in Nukus, the Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
Thus, the total number of victims of the explosion reached five.
In addition, on the night of January 30, rescuers managed to extract a five-year-old girl from the rubble. She was hospitalized with injuries of varying severity. Two more people received burns.
As reported earlier, gas explosion occurred in one of the apartments on the 4th floor of a house in Nukus at 16:15 on Sunday, January 29. Ceilings from the fourth to the first floor collapsed in several apartments.
