The government has amended the administrative regulation on governmental services for acceptance of completed facilities and issuance of permits for their use, according to Resolution No. 560 dated October 12, 2026.
Under the resolution, a governmental Acceptance Commission will be formed by Cabinet of Ministers documents to commission such facilities, while clients will form working commissions.
Facilities will be accepted for use directly once the acts of these commissions have been drawn up and approved. The chair of the governmental Acceptance Commission will approve the commission’s act on accepting facilities within completed projects.
Before that act is drawn up, the governmental Financial Control Inspectorate will carry out a mandatory control measurement at the construction site under the established procedure.
