The Iranian Zagros Airlines today launched regular once-a-week Tehran to Tashkent services, the Uzbekistan Transport Ministry said. In the future, it is planned to double the frequency of flights.
Zagros Airlines is an Iranian airline headquartered in Tehran and based at Abadan International Airport.
Founded in 2005, the company operates flights to Iraq, the UAE, Turkey, Kuwait and Bahrain. Its fleet size is estimated at 30 aircrafts and includes 170- to 180-seat Airbus and McDonnell Douglas aircrafts, as well as Embraers.
