The U.S. Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued a Specially Designated Nationals List Update, which includes an Uzbek national Azizjon Mamashoev, 38, and the company Advance Security Solutions.

The list also includes his passport and identification information, and information on Mamashoev's links to Sergey Zelenyuk.

Also, sanctions have been imposed against Advance Security Solutions, a software company incorporated in 2025. Its addresses are listed as Dubai (UAE) and Tashkent. According to OFAC, the company was founded by Mamashoev and operates in the field of offensive cybersecurity.

The agency stated that Advance Security Solutions is an exploit broker and, like Operation Zero, offers rewards for vulnerabilities in software developed in the United States. The company was designated by executive order of the US President as an entity owned or controlled by Mamashoev, or having acted on his behalf.

According to OFAC, Mamashoev and Kucherov previously had links to Operation Zero. They are designated for providing substantial financial, material, or technological support to, or acting on behalf of, Serhiy Zelenyuk.

Inclusion on the SDN List entails the blocking of property in US jurisdiction and a ban on US All property and interests in property of this individual are blocked, and all transactions with this individual are prohibited and others.
