The list of jobs and occupations that students of secondary, secondary special, professional educational organizations can be employed for is expected to be approved.
The draft of a decision developed by the Ministry of Poverty Alleviation and Employment, stipulates that school students may be employed for easy jobs that does not harm their health and moral development, and does not disrupt the educational process.
The list contains 40 jobs and occupations. In particular, waiter, seller, hairdresser, manual packer, farm worker, porter.
While, if the working time of minors aged 16 to 18 consists only of work related to manual lifting and carrying of loads, the limit for lifting and carrying loads for them should not be heavier than 4.1 kilograms, and they should not be involved in the transportation of loads using a cart or trolley.
When one third of the working time of minors under 16 years of age consists of work related to manual lifting and carrying of loads, the limit for manual lifting and carrying loads should not be heavier than 6.5 kilograms for boys and 3.5 kilograms for girls
Persons under 18 years of age should not be hired for heavy work and under harmful and hazardous conditions.
