The MPs of the Legislative Chamber passed the amendments and addenda to certain regulations aimed at further improvement of the licensing, permitting and notification procedures, developed by the Ministry of Justice.
According to the Governmental Services Agency, the amendments have proposed to scrap 13 types of licenses and permits. While 3 types of licenses are to be got by means of notification, in particular, the license for operators.
Reportedly, the passing of amendments will serve to reduce bureaucracy in the field of licensing and permits.
Now the amendments need to be approved by the Senate and signed by the president.
