Humanitarian aid is being sent from the people of Uzbekistan to the people of Kyrgyzstan on behalf of the president of Uzbekistan. According to the Andijan governor’s office, dozens of trucks lined up at the Dostlik border customs post in Khojaabad district.
The humanitarian convoy accompanied by the governor of Andijan province and a number of officials is about to depart for Kyrgyzstan.
Note: On July 14, 2024, a heavy flood was observed in the Osh region of Kyrgyzstan due to torrential rains observed in the mountains and hills.
