On October 14, an auction was held on E-auksion to sell the office building of the UzSanoatQurilishMateriallari Association in Tashkent.
The auction lasted 13 minutes and ended after one bid. The winner of the auction was Pozitive Leader Partner, which offered 100.37 billion soums for the lot, which is 5% more than the starting price (93.6 billion soums).
According to the Unified State Register of Enterprises and Organizations, Pozitive Leader Partner was registered in July 2013 in the Mirabad district of Tashkent, but the company's website states that it has been operating in the Uzbek market since 2002. The core activity is the provision of services for various types of facade work, curtain wall and profile systems, PVC systems, door systems, ceramic tiles. Among the projects are the buildings of the Ministry of Innovative Development, the Mega Planet shopping center, the UzOman investment fund, the National Olympic Committee and others.
The owners are Shavkat Ochilov (50%), who also runs the enterprise, and Raushaniya Khalyapova (50%).
The five-story building in the Yakkasaray district was put up for auction in August by a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers. The facility is located on a 22-hectare plot next to the Friendship Park and the University of Uzbek Language and Literature.
The total area of the premises is 5903 sq. m. There are all utilities: gas, electricity, water supply, sewerage.
In May, the building of the headquarters of the Halq Bank near the Katartal market in Tashkent was sold for almost 120 billion soums. The only offer at the auction was made by a company from the catering industry Oasis Samarkand.
