The Tax Committee has published the list of the top 10 state-owned enterprises and private companies that paid the most taxes in January-September 2024.
Reportedly, in nine months of 2024, 949 large taxpayers paid more than 81.2 trillion soums in taxes.
Navoiy Mining Metallurgical Plant (NMMC) is the top state-owned enterprise in terms of paid taxes. During the reporting period, NMMC paid more than 18.6 trillion soums in taxes. NMMC was followed by Almalyk Mining and Metallurgical Plant (AMMC) (6.3 trillion soums) and Uzgastarde JSC (3 trillion soums).
About 6.5 trillion soums were paid in taxes by the top-10 largest private taxpayers in three quarters. In this rating, UzBAT paid the highest taxes on 843 billion soums. Enter Engineering LTD (834 billion soums) and Tashkent Tabacco (686 billion soums) followed.
