UzGazOil filling stations have begun rebranding that saw its stations in Tashkent city and provinces change their names to UzbekNefteGaz marque.
This rebranding is due to the absorbtion of UzGazOil by UzNeftMahsulot (transl. Uz Oil Product).
Since 2011 Uzbekneftegaz National Holding Company is the owner of 100% shares of UzGazOil LLC.
On February 9 the Government of Uzbekistan decreed to reorganize via absorption of UzGazOil by UzNeftMahsulot thus increasing UzbekNefteGaz’s share in the statutory fund of UzNeftMahsulot.
