President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has arrived in Saudi Arabia to participate on May 21 in the Arab Islamic American Summit.
The focus of the summit will be on ways to enhance cooperation between the United States of America and Muslim countries in the fight against extremism and militancy.
During the stay in Saudi Arabia, President Mirziyoyev is also expected to hold a number of bilateral meetings.
During the talks with the King and Prince of Saudi Arabia, the sides are expected to discuss the further development of cooperation between the two countries in the political, trade-economic, investment and other fields.
President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev is set to visit the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to attend the Arab Islamic American Summit in Riyadh on May 21, the press service of the Foreign Ministry said.
