Ruslanbek Davletov graduated from the University of Warwick in the UK in 2001, in 2003 - the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (graduate degree), in 2007 from the Tashkent State Economic University and in 2010 from the Academy of State and Social Construction under the President of Uzbekistan.
