Cabinet of Ministers posted the Approval of the Administrative Regulation for provision of public services for obtaining the right to distribute television and radio products of foreign media in Uzbekistan Resolution.
The Administrative Regulation for provision of public services for obtaining permission for the right to distribute television and radio products of foreign media in the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is now being approved.
To use public services provided to legal entities in accordance with the administrative regulation, one should apply through the information system "License" or the Single Portal of Interactive Governmental Services (SPIGS).
The Ministry of Justice together with the Ministry of Development of Information Technologies and Communications shall:
- ensure the connection of structures involved in the provision of governmental services to the SPIGS in accordance with the approved Administrative Regulations;
- control over the consideration of applications from legal entities at each stage of the provision of governmental services within the framework of the SPIGS;
- provide from July 1, 2023, in accordance with the established procedure, a complete restriction of foreign advertising on foreign television and radio channels.
The Ministry of Justice will establish regular control over the implementation of the procedure for the provision of public services by state bodies and other organizations, including their activities through the SPIGS.
