According to Burkhanov, 184 corruption crimes were committed in Tashkent in 2021, as a result of which the interests of the state and society suffered 82 billion soums, US$ 7.5 million worth of financial damage.
The highest rates of corruption in the capital were noted in Uchtepa (33), Mirabad (25), Chilanzar (20), Mirzo-Ulugbek (20) and Yashnabad (18) districts.

According to him, in just March and April 2022, 244 such messages about the possibility of committing corruption offenses were published in the media and social networks, of which 124 or 50% were in Tashkent.
