President’s draft Measures to introduce an effective system of interaction with business entities and further strengthen their legal protection Decree was posted for public input.
The Ministry of Justice together with the Business Ombudsman, the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Reduction, the State Tax Committee, the Service for Sanitary and Epidemiological Welfare and Public Health and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in order to support businesses in the field of catering and retail trade by July 1, 2022. will submit to the Cabinet of Ministers a draft regulation aimed at support, providing for:
- simplification of service rules, as well as sanitary standards and rules established for bars and restaurants and trade enterprises that do not meet modern requirements;
- reduction of state interference in the activities of business entities providing catering and retail services, the introduction of a mechanism that encourages the reduction of the shadow economy and informal employment.
From July 1, 2022, insurance firms will be prohibited from paying brokerage fees under insurance contracts for loans provided by commercial banks by the budget system.
The Central Bank, together with the Ministry of Finance, has approved the agreement terms between credit and insurance organizations, including the choice of insurance organizations recognized as credit organizations.
