On May 11, Delhi will host the 15th round of political consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan and India, the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.

Reportedly, the delegation of Uzbekistan will be headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Furqat Sidiqov.

The agenda of the event includes the ways to further strengthen the Uzbek-Indian relations of friendship and strategic partnership, expanding multifaceted cooperation in political, trade, economic, investment, cultural, humanitarian and other fields.

The parties will focus on the implementation of previously reached agreements at the highest level, as well as promoting cooperation in the field of trade, industrial cooperation, green development, innovation and digital technologies, transport and logistics, cultural and humanitarian exchange.

A discussion of the prospects for the development of interregional interconnectivity is planned. During the consultations, the parties will exchange views on the international and regional agenda will also take place.
