Aeroflot will launch direct regular flights from Moscow to Tashkent as of May 20, the company said. Flights to the Uzbek capital will reportedly be operated from Sheremetyevo Airport.
The ticket fare for the end-May from Moscow is from 10.3 thousand rubles, while from Tashkent - from 14 thousand.
Due to the launch of regular flights, flights from Sochi to Tashkent, operated by the Rossiya airline, will be canceled from May 21. Passengers will be rebooked for flights from Moscow.
At the moment, Aeroflot is flying to several cities in Uzbekistan, including Bukhara, Samarkand and Urgench.
