To date, the Uzbekistan vaccination certificate issued by the Ministry of Health of Uzbekistan is officially recognized only by one country - Hungary, the Ministry of Innovative Development said.
In the coming days an agreement will be reached on the mutual recognition of certificates with Kazakhstan.
While, Uzbekistan is currently negotiating with other CIS countries on the recognition of certificates. It is expected that the CIS countries will recognize the certificates from September this year.
Also, in the future, certificates mutual recognition agreement with other countries will be signed.
On September 26, the Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlüt Çavuşoğlu said on his Twitter page that Uzbekistan and Turkey would agree on the mutual recognition of COVID certificates.
