The Senate will convene for a fifth plenary session on 19 in the form of video conferencing, the Senate’s press service said.
Senators will review the Innovative Activities, Hunting, Participation of Citizens in Protection of Public Order and Geodetic and Cartographic Activities BIlls
They will also discuss Amendments and addenda to the Rational Use of energy Law, Amendments and Addenda to the Criminal Executive Code of Uzbekistan aimed at ensuring reliable protection of the rights and legitimate interests of convicts and the Amendments and addenda to some legislative acts of Uzbekistan.
Senators will hear reports from the Minister of Justice for 2019, and the governor of the Samarkand province.
In addition, senators will consider the question of sending parliamentary requests to the Cabinet of Ministers on the status of implementation of legislation on road safety, as well as on problems associated with waste and its impact on public health.
