3750 business entities of Andijan province were allowed to resume activities with restrictions from Monday, the governor's office said in a statement.
Earlier, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev said it was necessary to ease lockdown measures in provinces where no new coronavirus were detected.
As the provincial governor’s offcie noted, the restrictions will be gradually eased.
According to the governor’s order, from May 4:
- over 4700 licensed taxis with compliance with sanitary requirements;
- 3643 hairdressers and beauty salons while observing sanitary restrictions, social distancing and under the supervision of employees of the center for sanitary and epidemiological welfare and tax authorities;
- 25 hotels with the involvement of sanitary doctors for room disinfection and daily medical examination of guests
are now allowed to resume activities.
However, until a separate decision of the Special Republican Commission, the activities of 1,096 entities are temporarily interrupted, including 459 public catering venues (excluding those provifding delivery), 115 banquet rooms, 426 public transport companies (owning buses, minibuses), 72 clothing markets and shopping complexes.
