By the Decree of the President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev on 24 January 2017, a number of activists of ethnic cultural centers have been awarded honorary titles, orders and medals on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of the Interethnic Cultural Center.
At Uzbekistan International Forums Palace on January 24 the President Shavkat Mirziyoyev met with activists of ethnic cultural centers. President Mirziyoyev in his speech when taking the office of President of the Republic of Uzbekistan stressed that he considers as top priority to cherish and strengthen the atmosphere of interethnic and civil consent, mutual understanding and friendship in our country.
Widespread celebrations across the country of the 25th anniversary of the Interethnic Cultural Center has become another vivid confirmation of the continuation of our country's policy of humanism and peace.
The Head of state at the meeting pointed out that this important issue will be given priority and the activities of national cultural centers will get even more support.
