Uzbekistan plans to increase GDP per capita from US$ 1,532 in 2018 up to US$ 4,550 in 2030, the Ministry of Economy and Industry said in analytical report.
According to the t of the Ministry of Finance, in 2019, per capita GDP will be at US$ 1,494 dollars, in 2020 it is projected to top US$ 1,719 dollars, while in 2021 - 1956 dollars.
Speaking at the general debate of the 69th session of the UN General Assembly in 2014, Foreign Minister Abdulaziz Kamilov said that by 2030, Uzbekistan plans to increase GDP per capita up to US$ 9.3 thousand.
