On April 16, the regular plenary session of the Legislative Chamber, during which the MPs approved the draft Public-Private Partnership Bill conceptually in the first reading.

By a unanimous decision of the deputies (93 votes), the working group was entrusted with completing the preparatory work for preparing and submitting the draft bill for the second reading.

The MPs also discussed the draft Renewable Energy Sources Bill introduced by a group of deputies.

The MPs noted that the use of renewable energy can be the only feasible source of energy for townships located in remote, mountainous and hard-to-reach areas.

The draft law abolishes reference rules that were the cause of differences during its review in the first reading, and also the authority of the sphere was specifically assigned.
