Sino plant in Samarkand was found bankrupt last summer. held at the Uzeltehsanoat Association gave detailed information about the plant at a briefing Monday.
Founded in 1973, SINO plant produce 250,000 refrigerators annually under Pamir, Snejinka, Samarkand, SINO brands.
Alisher Abdullayev, chairman of the association, said the company had two billion soums of debt.
“The plant’s former director has been arrested. A criminal case was filed last October. We have proposed to conduct the rehabilitation of the company. The plant must continue to work, make money and should return the money it borrowed from the state and banks”, concluded Alisher Abdullaev.
