Most of Uzbekistan can expect dry, warm weather for the rest of the work week, Uzhydromet has reported.

Brief, light rain is possible on some days in Karakalpakstan and Khorezm province, and on September 10-11 in Bukhara and Navoi provinces.

Temperatures will remain fairly stable, with nighttime lows of 15-20 degrees Celsius and daytime highs of 32-37 degrees. In the northwest, daytime temperatures will ease from 30-33 degrees to 25-28 degrees.

In mountainous areas, isolated brief showers are expected on September 7 and 11.

Winds will blow at 7-12 meters per second, picking up in the north and desert zone from September 8-10. On September 11, winds could strengthen to 13-18 meters per second in some areas nationwide, with localized ground blizzards of dust.

In Tashkent, skies will be partly cloudy with no precipitation. Nighttime temperatures will mostly range from 17-20 degrees, while daytime readings will fluctuate between 32-34 degrees and 35-37 degrees. Winds will blow from the east at 3-8 meters per second.
