Presidential decree is being drafted aimed at development of franchising services across the country. The initiative was outlined in a broader decree aimed at implementing tasks set during the head of state’s open dialogue with business leaders.
The draft decree is scheduled for completion by the end of the year and must include the following measures:
- establishing national franchising standards.
- providing financial assistance for property leases, lump-sum franchise fees, and overseas brand registration.
- deployment of support mechanisms to foster local franchises across different regions.
- enabling small local businesses to operate and manage household telecommunications services under franchise models. This initiative will target remote and rural areas to create jobs and advance digitalization, backed by financial support for providers.
