Officials of the Ministry of Employment and Poverty Reduction hosted a delegation from the Korea Institute of Public Administration (KIPA).
In the meeting were present the executives of departments in charge of human resource development, strategic planning, methodology, and organizational and control issues.
The seminar, organized by the Civil Service Development Agency, was devoted to discussing the program "Improving the Potential of Civil Servants", developed with the support of the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA).
The parties agreed to create a human resource management model and conduct business process analysis (BPR) together with Korean experts.
