Uzbek engineers will get trainings and will be employed in Japan, Dunyo news agency said. Reportedly, the Uzbek Ambassador Muhsinhoja Abdurakhmanov met with Kei Takeuchi, CEO of the Japanese Daito Trust Construction corporation, and discussed foreign investments, transfer of technologies, establishment and development of cooperation with foreign companies in the field of education and migration.
They also exchanged opinions on the preparation of skilled labour for construction, architecture and engineering jobs in Japan.
Kei Takeuchi voiced his readiness to support the implementation of Japanese technologies, seismic safety and earthquake-resistant Japanese construction standards in the large-scale construction works being carried out in Uzbekistan.
At the end of the meeting, they was agreed to organize a visit of the leadership of Daito Trust Construction corporation to Uzbekistan, and gradually from 2024, about 100 skilled engineers from Uzbekistan will be trained and employed in Japan.
