Samarkand city mayor awarded the taxi driver who saved child from dogs attack. Meanwhile, police officers found the owner of the dogs and drew up a protocol.
According to the press service of the Samarkand city mayor’s office, yesterday on July 11, the mayor of the city, Fazliddin Umarov, and the head of the police department, Ismatjon Ibragimov, thanked 23-year-old Firdavs Akhmedov for saving a child from dogs attack.
The young taxi driver was awarded with a diploma, books and a memorable gift. His parents also attended the ceremony.
The press service of the Samarkand province police department said that police officers found the owner of the dogs that attacked the child.
Administrative act was drawn up under Violation of rules for keeping dogs and cats of the of Administrative Liability Code.
As reported earlier, dogs attacked a child in Samarkand. The incident took place near a garage at Yoshlar neighbourhood.
The Department of Internal Affairs of the Samarkand region clarified that the incident occurred on July 8 on Nabiev-4 Street. According to them, the child feels well, and the dogs were caught and placed in quarantine.
