Reportedly, the priority would be to provide electricity, natural and liquefied gas, as well as coal to the publics and social facilities. To do this, the previously introduced restrictions on the operation of gas filling compressor stations will continue to apply.
The supply of natural gas to major industrial enterprises will be sharply reduced. The daily electricity consumption by large facilities will be limited, the saved 11-12 million kWh is planned to be directed to the needs of households.
In order to prevent possible major accidents in the power system and uniform supply of electricity to all consumers, in agreement with local authorities, short blackouts will be introduced on the basis of a schedule.
For stable operation of thermal power plants and heating plants, they will be supplied with an average of 49 million cubic meters of natural gas daily.
To date, a reserve of 90,000 tons of fuel oil and 280,000 tons of coal has been created for these plants.
The daily supply of coal to consumers will be increased from 5,000 to 8,000 tons.
Electricity companies have been ordered not to exceed the time of power cuts set by the schedules, i.e. 2 hours.
More than 1,000 special round-the-clock teams have been created to promptly eliminate possible accidents at electricity and gas supply enterprises.
The Ministry of Energy urged consumers to observe safety precautions when using electrical and heating appliances, turn them off when not in use, save energy resources if possible and take precautions to avoid carbon monoxide poisoning.
