Government handed over its share in the authorized capital of Uzbekistan’s only metallurgical plant - UzMetKombinat JSC for trust management to SFI Management Group, a foreign entity.
At Uzbek Foreign Trade Ministry were held talks with the senior regional trade adviser at USAID Ryder Rogers. Uzbekistan Airways has selected GEnx-1B engines to power four new Boeing 787-8 aircraft. The engine order is valued at more than $230 million (USD), including a custom-ordered spare engine, GE Aviation said. Deliveries are scheduled to begin in 2018.
