Another batch of 90,000 doses of Sputnik V vaccine was delivered to Uzbekistan from Russia, the Ministry of Health said. The delivery included 70 thousand doses of the first component and 20 thousand doses of the second component of the jab.

The total quantity of Sputnik V vaccine received by Uzbekistan has reached 370 thousand doses. The previous delivery took place on July 5, when 40 thousand doses of the first component were delivered. In April, 100 thousand doses were delivered (50 thousand of each components), in June - 140 thousand (70 thousand of each component).

In total, Uzbekistan received 7.53 million doses of various vaccines to date, including 660 thousand doses of AstraZeneca and 6.5 million doses of the Chinese-Uzbek ZF-UZ-VAC2001.

5.27 million doses of vaccines have been administered in the country as of July 14,.

Earlier it was reported that in July Uzbekistan should receive 4 million doses of ZF-UZ-VAC2001 vaccine, in August - 160 thousand doses of Sputnik V, and in August-September as part of the COVAX program - 660 thousand doses of AstraZeneca or Moderna vaccine.
