President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has picked Olim Davlatov himself a new Advisor for Representative Bodies, Non-Governmental Non-Commercial Organizations, And Youth Affairs, to replace Ruslanbek Davletov, who had held the position since December 2024, has been relieved of his duties.
A Navoi scholar with a Ph.D. in philology, Davlatov has served since April 2022 as director of the Institute for Socio-Spiritual Research under the Republican Center for Spirituality and Enlightenment. He previously headed the Alisher Navoi International Charity Foundation.
Davletov had earlier served as Presidential Advisor on Socio-Political Development and, from 2017 to 2022, as Minister of Justice. No information has been released regarding his new role.
