An online meeting was held with the participation of Ayubkhon Yunusov, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Kuwait, and Davron Vakhabov, Chairman of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Uzbekistan, to discuss expanding the operations of the trading house in Syria and supplying Uzbek goods to the Syrian market.

The virtual dialogue was attended by Ahmad Kalash, head of the Syrian enterprise Kalash Trading Co., Ltd., alongside executives from prominent Uzbek companies, including Premier Electrotech, Sam-Ferre, Nassar Trading Agro, Metsol, Solis Oils, and Technologies of Real Time.

During the session, the participants assessed consumer demand for Uzbek products in the Syrian market, evaluated potential logistical corridors, and discussed methods for showcasing commodities through the dedicated trading house.

As a result of the negotiations, a preliminary agreement was reached to export an initial convoy of 10 trucks to Syria, carrying shipments of household appliances, oils and fats, automotive spare parts, and motor oils.
